A confident smile can change your life!

Imagine walking into every room with complete confidence in your smile. How might that change the way you connect with others — in your relationships, your career, and your everyday life? A confident smile is more than just attractive — it’s a reflection of how you feel inside. It builds trust, warmth, and approachability, helping you create stronger, more genuine connections.

In your professional life, a confident smile communicates self-assurance, competence, and positivity — qualities that can open doors, strengthen your network, and elevate your success. Transforming your smile can transform the way you see yourself — and how the world sees you.

We offer Smileline aligners, a UK-based clear aligner system designed to straighten teeth discreetly and comfortably.

These slim, removable trays gently guide teeth into the correct position without drilling or damaging healthy enamel.

Using 3D scanning and CAD-CAM technology, we create a precise digital plan and preview of your expected result.

Most treatments are completed in around 6–12 months, depending on complexity.

Start your journey to a straighter smile — book your aligner consultation today.

What can Smilelign Fix?

Crowding

Crowding is commonly identified by the overlapping or twisting of teeth. Cases with 3mm of crowding are easy to treat. Cases up to 6mm will require IPR to conclude treatment.

Spacing

Spacing is identified by larger than average gaps between teeth. Cases with 3mm of spacing are suitable. Up to 6mm may require some restorative additions or leave residual spaces as part of the plan.

Open bite

If upper and lower teeth do not come into contact when the mouth is closed, this is an open bite. Open bites are difficult to treat and are not recommended unless only small closures of 0.5mm per arch are required.

Overbite

An overbite is when your upper teeth overlap your lower front teeth. Up to 1mm can be rectified, up to 3mm increases complexity. Cases with 3mm+ may require bite opening appliances first.

Overjet

Overjet is when the upper teeth protrude further than the lower teeth. Overjet of up to 2mm should be simple to treat. Up to 4mm becomes more difficult and a compromise of a small overjet may be required.

FAQs

1. What is Smilelign (clear aligner treatment) and how does it work?

Smilelign is a system of clear, removable aligners designed to gradually move teeth into their ideal positions. You wear each aligner for a prescribed period (usually 1–2 weeks), then switch to the next in the series. Over time, the cumulative movement aligns your teeth without the need for traditional metal braces.

2. Am I a candidate for Smilelign/ clear aligners?

Many patients with mild to moderate crowding, spacing, or bite alignment issues are good candidates. During your consultation, we’ll assess your teeth, gums, and jaw alignment and determine whether aligner treatment is suitable for your needs.

3. How long does treatment typically take?

Treatment duration depends on the complexity of your case. Many patients complete their plan in about 6 to 18 months. During your in-person consultation, we’ll estimate your treatment time based on diagnostics and your desired outcome.

4. Will the aligners be noticeable?

The aligners are made from clear, thin plastic, making them far less visible than traditional metal braces. Most patients find them discreet and comfortable for everyday wear.

5. Do the aligners hurt or cause discomfort?

You may feel slight pressure or soreness during the first day or two after switching to a new aligner, which is a sign that tooth movement is taking place. The discomfort is usually mild and fades quickly. Over-the-counter pain relief or soft foods can help in the first 24–48 hours.

6. How often do I need to wear them?

For optimal results, aligners should be worn for about 20–22 hours per day, removing them only for eating, drinking (anything other than water), brushing, and flossing.

7. What happens if I forget to wear my aligners or skip them?

Skipping wear can delay your progress and may cause your teeth to drift. If you miss wearing them regularly, we’ll evaluate your progress and may need to adjust your plan or add “correction aligners.”

8. How do I clean and maintain my aligners?

Rinse them with lukewarm water and brush them gently with a soft toothbrush. Avoid hot water, as it can warp the plastic. You can also use cleaning crystals, denture cleaner, or aligner-specific cleaning solutions as recommended.

9. Will I need to wear a retainer after treatment?

Yes. Once your active alignment phase is complete, you’ll typically need a retainer (fixed or removable) to maintain your new tooth positions and prevent relapse. We’ll guide you on the best retention protocol for your case.
